We are seeking an experienced SAP PM EAM Qualified to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management modules, with a focus on configuring, implementing, and supporting these modules within an organization. The candidate should have a deep understanding of business processes related to maintenance and asset management, as well as hands-on experience with SAP PM/EAM implementation projects.

Responsibilities

1. Configure and customize SAP PM and EAM modules to meet business requirements.

2. Lead or participate in SAP PM/EAM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

3.



Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their maintenance and asset management needs and translate them into SAP solutions.

4. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PM/EAM modules, including troubleshooting issues, applying patches and upgrades, and implementing enhancements.

5. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.

6. Work closely with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and QM (Quality Management) to ensure integration and data consistency.

7. Stay current with SAP PM/EAM module updates and industry best practices to continuously improve processes and solutions.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

9. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP PM/EAM initiatives.

10. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SAP PM/EAM best practices.
