- As an SAP OTC Consultant with GTS expertise, you will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions related to Order to Cash processes with a focus on Global Trade Services

- This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and ensuring the effective utilization of SAP functionalities

Responsibilities

- Business Analysis:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand Order to Cash (OTC) processes and Global Trade Services (GTS) requirements

- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

- SAP Configuration:Configure SAP modules, with a primary focus on OTC and GTS, to meet business requirements

- Customize settings for pricing, billing, shipping, and compliance with global trade regulations

- Global Trade Compliance:Implement and maintain SAP GTS functionalities to ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including import/export controls and customs processes

- Keep abreast of changes in global trade laws and regulations to update SAP configurations accordingly

- Integration:Collaborate with other SAP modules such as SAP SD (Sales and Distribution),



SAP MM (Material Management), and SAP WM (Warehouse Management) to ensure seamless integration

- Work with technical teams to integrate SAP solutions with external systems

- User Training:Provide training to end-users on SAP OTC and GTS functionalities

- Create and maintain training materials and documentation

- Testing:Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality of SAP OTC and GTS configurations

- Coordinate with business users and testing teams to ensure comprehensive testing

- Support and Issue Resolution:Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing and resolving issues related to OTC and GTS

- Collaborate with the SAP support team for complex problem resolution

- Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP OTC and GTS configurations, processes, and procedures

- Document changes, issues, and resolutions for future reference

- Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced utilization of SAP functionalities

- Recommend and implement best practices for OTC and GTS processes
