- We are seeking an experienced SAP HR - ABAP Professional to join our team
- The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP HR module and ABAP programming language

- As an SAP HR - ABAP Professional, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR applications using ABAP programming language

- You will collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Your expertise in SAP HR and ABAP will be crucial in optimizing our HR processes and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules

Responsibilities

- SAP HR Development: Design, develop, and maintain SAP HR applications using ABAP programming language, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and reliability

- Customization: Customize SAP HR modules to meet business requirements

- Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (BADI, BAPI, User Exits, etc) as needed

- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HR and other SAP modules, as well as third-party applications

- Optimization:



Identify opportunities to optimize existing SAP HR processes and applications

- Propose and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience

- Debugging and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues related to SAP HR applications

- Debug and troubleshoot ABAP programs to identify and fix errors

- Documentation: Document technical specifications, test plans, and development activities

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP HR - ABAP developments

- Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to understand business requirements and provide technical expertise

- Upgrades and Maintenance: Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and releases

- Assist in SAP system upgrades, patches, and regular system maintenance activities

- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users as needed

- Address user queries and issues related to SAP HR applications
