We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Indian Payroll Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Indian Payroll implementation, configuration, and support.

The opportunity is with a leading food industry client with over 100 years of presence in India. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Indian Payroll processes, SAP HCM functionality, and statutory payroll compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP HCM Indian Payroll processes.
- Manage payroll processing, payroll schemas, wage types, and payroll rules.
- Ensure compliance with Indian statutory payroll requirements, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve discrepancies.
- Support payroll integration with other SAP HCM modules,



including Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
- Assist with payroll validation, testing, reconciliation, and month-end activities.
- Coordinate with HR and business teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP HCM Indian Payroll.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Indian Payroll configuration and support.
- Good understanding of Indian statutory payroll and compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll schemas, wage types, PCRs, and payroll processing.
- SAP HCM certification is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Must be willing to work from the Bangalore office.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
