Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with 3--4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Human Capital Management, specializing in Indian Payroll. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll configuration, and employee lifecycle management in SAP HCM.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM modules, particularly Indian Payroll.
- Handle end-to-end Indian payroll processing, including gross-to-net calculations, salary processing, and payroll reconciliation.
- Work on payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), wage types, and payroll functions.
- Manage statutory payroll requirements, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable compliances.
- Handle personnel administration (PA), organizational management (OM), and time management integration with payroll.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve functional errors.




- Support payroll-related testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production activities.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Prepare functional documentation and support audits and periodic payroll activities.

Required Skills

- 3--4 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Indian Payroll.
- Good knowledge of Indian payroll statutory rules and regulations.
- Experience with payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
- Understanding of SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management.
- Experience in payroll troubleshooting, testing, and support.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP HCM certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in SAP ECC HCM payroll support or implementation projects.
- Basic understanding of integration between SAP HCM, Finance, and other HR systems.
