- As an SAP GTS SD Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP Global Trade Services in conjunction with the Sales and Distribution (SD) module

- This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, understanding international trade requirements, and configuring SAP GTS and SD to facilitate compliant and productive cross-border transactions

Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Analysis:Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze global trade compliance requirements

- Understand end-to-end business processes within the Sales and Distribution module

- SAP GTS Implementation:Configure and implement SAP Global Trade Services module to ensure compliance with international trade regulations

- Customize GTS functionalities related to customs management, embargo checks, and trade preference processing

- Integration with SAP SD:Ensure seamless integration between SAP GTS and SAP SD modules





- Collaborate with other SAP consultants to address end-to-end order-to-cash processes

- Compliance Management:Implement compliance checks for import and export processes using SAP GTS

- Configure denied party screening, legal control, and customs document management

- Trade Preference Processing:Customize SAP GTS to manage trade preferences and free trade agreements

- Implement processes for determining preferential duty rates

- Embargo and Sanction Checks:Configure embargo and sanction checks within SAP GTS to ensure adherence to international trade laws

- Monitor and update restricted party lists

- Customs Management:Optimize SAP GTS for efficient customs management and documentation

- Implement electronic filing and communication with customs authorities

- Training and Support:Provide training to end-users on SAP GTS functionalities related to Sales and Distribution

- Offer support and assistance for users encountering GTS-related issues

- Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within SAP GTS and SD

- Stay informed about updates to international trade regulations

- Reporting and Analytics:Implement reporting and analytics solutions within SAP GTS to monitor compliance and trade activities

- Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into global trade metrics
