Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse,` and translate business requirements into SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure and support SAP FI modules including:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Asset Accounting (AA)

- Bank Accounting

- Taxation
- Configure and support SAP CO modules including:

- Cost Center Accounting

- Internal Orders

- Profit Center Accounting

- Product Costing

- COPA
- Work closely with business users to design and optimize finance processes.
- Support integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, Ariba, Concur, and other third-party applications.
- Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
- Develop functional specifications and review technical developments.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in SAP transformation, upgrade, rollout, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 6-10 years of SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects and support engagements.
- Knowledge of financial accounting, cost management, budgeting, and controlling processes.




- Experience in writing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.
- Strong understanding of interfaces, data migration, and integration scenarios.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Exposure to SAP Ariba, Treasury, SAC, Group Reporting, or Central Finance.
- Knowledge of Fiori applications and reporting tools.
- Commerce, Finance, Accounting, CA, CMA, MBA Finance background preferred but not mandatory.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline.
- SAP Certification in FICO/S4HANA Finance will be an added advantage.
