Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) Consultant with 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICA solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in billing, invoicing, payments, collections, dunning, dispute management, and integration with SAP IS-U, CRM, FI, and SD modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP FICA solutions.
- Configure and support SAP FICA processes including:

- Contract Accounts
- Receivables & Payables

- Payments and Returns Processing

- Dunning Procedures

- Collections Management
- Write-offs and Installment Plans

- Interest Calculation
- Work on invoicing and payment processing activities.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing support.
- Integrate SAP FICA with SAP FI, SD, CRM, IS-U, and other SAP modules.




- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams for developments.
- Perform testing, user training, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Support production issues and enhancements.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

- Strong experience in SAP FICA Configuration and Support.

- Experience in integration with SAP FI, SD, CRM, and IS-U.
- Knowledge of BRF+, FQEVENTS, and enhancement techniques.
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Exposure to SAP IS-U Billing processes.
- SAP Utilities industry experience preferred.
