SAP EAM Consultant

Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Consultant to lead and support critical enterprise asset management initiatives within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will drive end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring that business processes are optimized and aligned with organizational goals. This position requires a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, particularly in the areas of Plant Maintenance and Service Management, to deliver robust solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The consultant will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into functional specifications and facilitating smooth adoption through comprehensive documentation and user training programs.

Responsibilities

- Lead the full lifecycle of SAP implementation projects, from initial planning and design through to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions and perform detailed gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and system capabilities.
- Develop comprehensive functional documentation to guide system configuration, testing, and future maintenance efforts.




- Design and deliver targeted user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of SAP Fiori interfaces and mobility solutions across the organization.
- Configure and manage SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules to streamline asset tracking and maintenance workflows.
- Oversee service management processes, ensuring timely resolution of service requests and adherence to service level agreements.
- Provide expert guidance on integrating SAP Fiori and mobility applications to enhance user experience and accessibility.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the IT Services industry, specifically focusing on SAP solutions.
- Proven expertise in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
- Solid background in managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Proficiency in Requirement Gathering and Gap Analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to create functional documentation and conduct effective user training.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and Mobility Solutions.
- Solid understanding of Service Management processes within an SAP environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple priorities.
