Client - RHI Magnesita For Initial 6 months you will be working with Protiviti, after 6 months you will be working directly with our client RHI Magnesita.

We are looking for an experienced SAP DMC Consultant with 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and/or SAP MII. The candidate should have strong expertise in digital manufacturing processes, shop floor integration, production execution, and manufacturing data management. Experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) implementation and support projects is highly preferred.

Mandatory Skills

- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing solutions.
- Hands-on experience in SAP MES or SAP MII (mandatory).
- Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) implementation, rollout, or support.
- Robust understanding of manufacturing business processes and shop floor operations.
- Experience in integrating production equipment, machines, and automation systems with SAP solutions.
- Knowledge of manufacturing master data, production execution, quality management, and traceability processes.
- Experience with system integrations using APIs, PCo, BTP, or middleware platforms.




- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

- SAP BTP exposure.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing processes.
- Experience with OPC UA, MQTT, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Understanding of production order processing and manufacturing analytics.
- Exposure to Agile project methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement SAP DMC solutions.
- Integrate SAP DMC with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MII, MES, and shop floor systems.
- Analyze manufacturing requirements and provide best-fit solutions.
- Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Develop and maintain production dashboards, reports, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Collaborate with business users, production teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing system issues.
