Responsibilities
- SAP CS Module Configuration:Configure and customize SAP CS modules to meet business requirements, including Service Request Management, Service Order Processing, and Complaints Management
- Design and implement SAP CS enhancements to improve service delivery
- Integration with Other SAP Modules:Ensure seamless integration of SAP CS modules with other SAP modules, such as SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management)

- User Training:Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for SAP CS module users
- Ensure end-users are proficient in utilizing SAP CS functionalities
- Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP CS configurations, enhancements, and processes
- Ensure documentation aligns with best practices and industry standards
- Compliance and Security:Ensure compliance with service management standards and industry regulations
- Implement and maintain security measures for SAP CS modules
