Roles and Responsibilities

Assess current HR master data integrations across legacy intermediate and downstream SAP systems

Lead detailed technical where used and dependency analysis for SAP HR components

Develop comprehensive data lineage and source to target mappings

Reverse engineer and document SAP HR data flows and dependencies

Identify and address data quality compliance and privacy issues

Evaluate and recommend integration patterns and technologies

Define and design future state integration architecture incorporating data minimization and privacy principles

Develop and execute remediation testing cutover and decommissioning plans

Facilitate workshops and communicate architecture designs and recommendations to stakeholders

Document architecture and integration artifacts to support implementation and governance

Apply HR ABAP expertise to support technical design coding standards and troubleshooting in SAP HR integration projects
