Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud applications.
- Work with Salesforce OmniStudio for application development and customization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Integrate Salesforce applications with external systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Follow application design principles and software configuration best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce application development and configuration.
- Good to have experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
- Knowledge of system integrations and troubleshooting.
- Ability to optimize application performance and scalability.
