Required Skills

- 6 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst and QA in Salesforce projects

- Robust understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar tools

- Experience developing and maintaining reusable automation test scripts

- Experience with API testing and automation tools such as Postman or REST Assured

- Familiarity with automation framework design and CI/CD integration





- Experience with defect management and test-reporting processes

- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools

- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)

- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or OmniStudio

- Experience with Salesforce test-automation frameworks

- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Associate

- Testing or automation certification
