Job Role : Salesforce QA Lead

:

- Understand and analyze business requirements and functional specifications to identify testing needs.

- Create detailed test cases and test scripts based on requirements and design documents.

- Ensure test cases cover positive, negative, and edge scenarios.

- Execute manual and automated test cases.

- Document the results of test executions and track defects.

- Log defects in tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.

- Retest defects once they are fixed to verify that issues have been resolved.

- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.

- Assist in UAT by preparing test environments and providing support to end-users during testing.





- Maintain documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.

- Contribute to the creation of test strategy documents and best practices.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment on project goals.

- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings in agile environments.

- Stay updated on Salesforce release notes and current features to incorporate into testing.
