Educational Qualification: Graduate / Final-year student in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical Salesforce learning experience)

About the Role

We are looking for motivated Salesforce Interns to join our education vertical's Salesforce learning track. This is a unique opportunity to build a career in Salesforce while developing training and mentoring skills — guiding learners through their own Salesforce journey.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in delivering Salesforce training sessions to learners under the guidance of senior trainers

Support learners with hands-on lab exercises, doubt-clearing sessions, and project work

Conduct or co-conduct sessions in both virtual and physical/classroom formats

Work with the LMS platform to track attendance, assignments, and learner progress

Help create/update training content, exercises, and mock project material

Gradually take ownership of small batches/modules as skills develop

Track and report learner performance/feedback to senior trainers

Stay updated with new Salesforce releases and features relevant to the curriculum

Required Skills

Foundational knowledge of Salesforce Administration (Org setup, Users, Profiles, Permission Sets,



Flows, Reports/Dashboards)

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce Development (Apex basics, LWC fundamentals)

Understanding of Integration concepts at a foundational level

Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules

Exposure to any real-time/academic Salesforce project is a plus

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / Google Workspace) for content and reporting tasks Preferred

Qualifications

Any global Salesforce certification (Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, etc.) — solid advantage

Prior experience in classroom/instructor-led training (even informal, e.g., peer teaching, college sessions) — advantage

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confident and comfortable speaking in front of groups

Patient, learner-focused approach; ability to simplify complex technical topics

Willingness to learn and adapt training style based on learner feedback

Language Requirement

English and Hindi — mandatory
