About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integrations, and customizations while ensuring system scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop and maintain Salesforce custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation tools.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather and understand requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues and optimize existing implementations.
- Participate in code reviews, deployment activities,



and software development lifecycle processes.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and system enhancements.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide support for production issues.

- Understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile Development methodologies.
- Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
