StaffAnchor Talent Solutions is hiring a Process Trainer – Market Development (Sales) for one of our clients in the Consumer Internet space.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales training, onboarding, process improvement, and performance management. You will work closely with sales leadership to strengthen team capabilities and improve business outcomes through structured training interventions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs for new hires and experienced sales professionals.
- Conduct onboarding, refresher, and upskilling sessions covering sales processes, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Partner with sales leaders to identify performance gaps and implement targeted training interventions.
- Improve sales conversion rates, revenue productivity, and quality scores through effective training.
- Develop training modules, SOPs, sales playbooks, and assessment frameworks.
- Conduct mock calls, skill assessments, and feedback sessions to improve sales effectiveness.




- Track training effectiveness through data and continuously refine training programs.
- Keep training content aligned with product updates, market developments, and competitive trends.

What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in training, preferably in Sales, Market Development, or Inside Sales.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion, objection handling, and revenue metrics.
- Experience training and developing large teams, preferably 20+ members.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to connect training initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in Consumer Internet, online services, or related industries will be an advantage.
