– SALES TRAINER

Job Responsibilities:

- Train sales employees on sales techniques, communication, and customer handling.
- Develop and implement sales training programs.
- Guide employees on lead generation, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Monitor sales team performance and identify improvement areas.
- Conduct training sessions, role-plays, and performance assessments.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Prepare training reports and provide feedback to management.

Required Skills:

- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
- Ability to motivate employees and improve sales performance.
- Previous sales or training experience preferred.

Location: Kharadi, Pune Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
