Role Description This is a full time, in office Sales Team Leader role based in Delhi, focused on Edtech and education services.

The Sales Team

Leader will oversee a team of sales professionals, set and monitor sales targets, and drive revenue growth for Aimlay’s educational programs.

Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team,



coaching members on best practices, managing pipelines, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospective learners and partners. The role involves collaborating with counseling and marketing teams to design effective campaigns, improve lead conversion, and enhance the learner experience.

The Sales Team

Leader will also analyze sales performance data, prepare regular reports, and contribute to strategic initiatives in the education and Edtech space.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales leadership or team management, ideally in Edtech, education services, or related industries.
- Strong skills in business development, lead management, and relationship building with learners, corporate clients, and academic partners.
- Ability to set targets, track performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to guide team decisions and strategies.
