- Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve assigned targets and objectives.

- Plan and allocate daily work based on operational requirements and team capacity.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with sales, service, production, spare parts, and other departments as required.

- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Maintain daily reports, performance records, and other required documentation.

- Train and develop team members to improve technical skills and work efficiency.

- Handle customer complaints and support timely resolution of issues.

- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback on performance.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and other resources.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
