Designation: Team Leader - Sales

Job Location: Adambakkam, Chennai (near to St.Thomas Mount Railway station)

Working hours: 09:30am – 06:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive sales for accounting, GST, Income Tax, Audit, and compliance services.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve revenue and conversion targets.
- Generate recent business through cold calling, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management.





Required key skills:

- Can be from any industry.
- Should have team handling experience with good communication.
- Other regional language known will be an added advantage.
