Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

Work with internal teams and stake holders in creating our response to RFP s shared by the Sales Team.

Ensure compliance to bid submission dates.

Daily tracking of Corrigendum s and/or Addendums in relation to the Tenders (active)

Assist in preparing formal sales proposals and tender documents, prepare solution proposals as per requirements and product fitment

Analyzing client requirements and communicating the same to internal teams (legal, product and platforms) in order to prepare contracts and get a sign-off

Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Qtrly.

/ Annual updates and monitoring of PAN-India Opportunity Tracker.

Develop good understanding of TCS iON solutions, offerings that GTM team takes them to market and be part of any trainings related to Products

Provide backend support to GTM team on daily basis, work with internal teams to enable seamless flow of activities
