Requirement/Description:

Sales Support Engineer / Order Management Associate

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 0.6 months –3 Years

Open Positions – 5

Budget – 3.6 to 4 LPA

Education: BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.

- Support order management activities including sales order processing and invoicing.

- Coordinate with customers, sales teams, factories, and internal stakeholders.

- Maintain and update order documentation and records.

- Track open orders, pending actions, and delivery schedules.

- Support product selection for instrumentation and water analytics solutions.

- Ensure timely completion of quotation and order management activities as per customer deadlines.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.

- Knowledge of SAP SD/MM modules.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).





- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Understanding of sales support and order management processes.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of instrumentation products such as Flow Meters, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Sensors, Level Transmitters, and Water Analytics products.

- Experience in quotation preparation and customer support activities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
