Position: Sales Executive & Senior Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, Warehousing, and other logistics services.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Logistics will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.




- Good knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
