Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Explain and promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate new leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales.
- Work toward achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales performance.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with previous sales experience are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
