You are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering suitable solutions

Here are some key responsibilities and activities associated with this role:Prospecting and Lead Generation: You actively seek out current potential customers and generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, or utilizing online platforms

You research and identify potential clients who may benefit from the products or services you are offering

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: You engage with potential customers and build relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions

This involves effective communication, active listening, and establishing trust to foster long-term relationships

You may conduct product demonstrations, presentations, or meetings to showcase the features and benefits of the products or services

Sales Presentations and Proposals: You prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals,



and quotations tailored to the specific needs of each customer

This includes highlighting the unique selling points, addressing customer concerns, and providing relevant information to help customers make informed decisions

Negotiation and Closing Deals: You negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers

You overcome objections, handle negotiations professionally, and close sales to achieve revenue targets

Sales Administration: You maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related documentation
