Job Summary The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling PET preforms to water bottling plants, beverage manufacturers, packaging units, jar manufacturers, and distributors across Bihar. The role requires market knowledge, customer relationship management, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers for PET preforms in assigned regions of Bihar.
- Visit packaged drinking water plants, soft drink and juice bottlers, edible oil and other bottling units
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct market visits, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sample requests.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with management.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of sales, collections, and customer feedback.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience:



2–5 years proven B2B sales experience (preferably in plastics, packaging, PET preforms, bottles, caps, or related raw material or FMCG supply chain).
- Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA/BBA a plus)
- Strong network of bottlers or manufacturers in the territory is a major advantage
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills, and comfort with payment collection
- Basic Excel and WhatsApp/email for reporting
- Ability to travel extensively across Bihar.
- Robust understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
