Location: Hingna MIDC, Nagpur, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time (In office)

Experience: 3+ years

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month CTC (depends on interview and experience)

About the Role

We are urgently hiring an experienced Sales Order Processing Executive for our client in Hingna MIDC, Nagpur. The candidate will manage the complete order cycle, from receiving the order to dispatch coordination, and keep clients satisfied through timely follow-up and complaint handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, verify, and process customer sales orders accurately
- Coordinate with clients on order status, delivery schedules, and requirements
- Prepare invoices, challans, and order records in Tally
- Coordinate with sales, stores, and dispatch teams for timely delivery
- Handle customer complaint calls and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain order trackers, MIS reports, and customer records




- Follow up on pending orders and payments as required

Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales order processing / sales coordination / back-office
- Hands-on experience with Tally software (mandatory)
- Strong client coordination and complaint handling skills
- Valuable communication in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
- Basic MS Excel and email skills
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com preferred)
- Immediate joiners preferred
