Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations and platform walkthroughs for prospective and existing clients.

- Prepare product collateral, feature sheets, and sales enablement materials.

- Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams for solution positioning.

- Maintain CRM records and support lead management activities.

- Contribute ideas for improving customer engagement, product adoption,



and sales effectiveness.

Required Skills

- Robust presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and explain technology products effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business documentation.

- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.

- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and clients.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to SaaS, EdTech, HRTech, or enterprise software products.

- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, etc.

- Experience in presentations, public speaking, debates, or case competitions.

- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and customer engagement.
