- Qualifications & Experience

The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring seamless sales operations, efficient client servicing, and superior client satisfaction managing the complete lifecycle from lead-generation support to post-sale execution across print and digital media. This role will work closely with Sales Managers and report into the Sales Manager / Head of Sales Operations, coordinating with production and digital teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Sales Managers through tele-calling for lead generation, scheduling client appointments, and handling post-sale operational execution

- Coordinate with clients, in-house production teams, and digital teams to ensure timely receipt and placement of artworks for print and digital media

- Sell advertising solutions across Print, Digital,



Social Media & Special Edition publications.

- Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups and conversions.

- Track and manage advertising schedules, artwork submissions, and publication deadlines

- Ensure 100% accuracy in ad materials, including content, sizes, placements, and technical specifications

- Maintain and update sales records, CRM data, and client databases, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence

- Prepare MIS reports, sales performance analysis.

- Act as a key point of contact to ensure smooth internal coordination and effective external communication.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline

- 2-6 years of experience in media sales operations, advertising, or magazine publishing

- Robust coordination, follow-up, and process management skills

- Proficiency in MIS reporting, CRM tools, and MS Excel.
