1. Order Management & Tracking

 Maintain accurate records of confirmed orders and order status.

 Track orders through fulfilment, dispatch, delivery and closure.

 Monitor pending actions, dependencies and ageing.

 Identify delays or blocked orders and coordinate resolution with the responsible teams.

2. Payment & Outstanding Coordination

 Track payment-related dependencies for confirmed orders.

 Monitor customer outstanding and overdue cases requiring operational follow-up.

 Coordinate with Sales and Accounts on payment-related actions affecting order processing or dispatch.

 Track auction-related payment status and follow up with the responsible Auction/Accounts team.

 Maintain follow-up status, expected payment dates and unresolved actions.

 Escalate overdue or unresolved cases to the responsible functional owner.

3. Inventory, Fulfilment & Delivery

 Track stock availability and expected availability against confirmed orders.

 Monitor fulfilment and dispatch readiness.

 Track dispatch and delivery status until closure.

 Highlight delays, exceptions and unresolved delivery-related actions.

4. CRM & Operational Data





 Maintain accurate order and operational information in relevant systems.

 Ensure required updates are captured in CRM, EL POS and EL Tracker.

 Identify missing, duplicate or inconsistent information and coordinate correction.

5. Reporting & MIS

 Prepare and maintain regular Sales Operations reports.

 Consolidate order, payment, fulfilment, dispatch and delivery information.

 Highlight ageing orders, pending actions, exceptions and recurring issues.

 Provide timely operational information for review and decision-making.

6. Coordination & Escalation

 Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Auction, Inventory, Fulfilment, Dispatch and

Logistics/Delivery teams.

 Track unresolved cross-functional actions.

 Escalate delays and critical exceptions through the defined Sales Operations escalation process.

7. Process Support

 Identify recurring order, coordination and process-related issues.

 Document operational gaps affecting order execution.

 Support approved process improvements, system requirements and automation initiatives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
