Job Summary

Pressfit is looking for a Sales Officer to develop and manage the distributor network in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, Odisha. The candidate will be responsible for distributor appointment, channel development, sales generation and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and appoint current distributors.
- Manage and develop existing distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate orders through distributor/channel network.
- Conduct regular market visits and distributor meetings.
- Develop new markets and business opportunities.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries and payment collections.
- Communicate product pricing and schemes to distributors.
- Monitor competitor activities and market requirements.
- Resolve distributor/customer issues with internal teams.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports.

Candidate Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in Distributor Sales / Channel Sales / B2B Sales.
- Experience in Electrical Products / Electrical Equipment / Electrical Accessories preferred.
- Strong distributor management and network-development experience.
- Bhubaneswar/Cuttack market experience preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
