Role Overview

We are looking for a agile women Sales & Mkt Managers to expand our advertiser network and strengthen business partnerships across designated territories.

This role involves engaging with business owners, understanding their branding objectives, and offering customized advertising solutions aligned with their growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture relationships with local business owners and service providers
- Identify potential partners within assigned territories
- Conduct structured business discussions and present tailored advertising opportunities
- Manage the complete client lifecycle from introduction to execution
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business progress




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising commitments
- Focus on long-term advertiser retention and repeat collaborations

Required Skills

- Field sales and B2B client handling
- Lead generation and negotiation skills
- CRM usage and sales reporting
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic pricing and calculation skills
