Role Overview:

Mauli Infra is looking for an MBA Fresher in Sales & Marketing to join as a Sales Trainee. The candidate will be primarily responsible for handling customers at the project/site location, assisting with site visits, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the Sales Closing Manager in converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Be present at the assigned real estate project/site office.
- Welcome and professionally handle customers visiting the project site.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, amenities, location advantages, pricing, and available units.
- Conduct and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.




- Follow up with customers after site visits through calls and messages.
- Maintain customer visit and follow-up records.
- Work closely with the Sales Closing Manager during negotiations and booking discussions.
- Support the team in lead conversion and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Learn real estate sales processes, customer handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Coordinate with CRM/Admin teams for documentation and booking-related processes.

Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM – Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Willingness to work at real estate project/site locations.
- Solid interest in sales and customer relationship management.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
