We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive healthcare business growth across Kurukshetra and nearby territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales & revenue targets.
- Develop and strengthen doctor referral and corporate networks.
- Generate patient referrals through doctors, clinics, corporates, TPAs and other channels.
- Conduct market visits, doctor meets, health camps and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Manage key accounts and maintain robust stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare regular sales reports and ensure territory growth.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing or Healthcare Management.
- 6 - 11 years of experience, preferably in Hospital/Healthcare Sales.
