About the Opportunity

This is a 3-month structured training and performance evaluation internship designed to prepare candidates for a full-time career in IT Sales and Business Development.

During the internship, you will receive practical training, work on real business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and learn how technology companies acquire customers and close deals.

Compensation and Career Progression

- Internship Duration: 3 Months
- Monthly Stipend: ₹6,000–₹12,000, depending on candidate suitability and the final offer
- Potential Full-Time CTC: ₹4–6 LPA after successful completion of training and final selection
- Work Mode: On-site
- Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Candidates will be evaluated throughout the internship based on their learning progress, communication skills, sales performance, achievement of assigned targets, professionalism, and overall contribution. Please note that full-time conversion is performance-based and is not guaranteed upon completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential B2B clients for IT services, AI solutions,



SaaS products, and custom software development.
- Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other outbound sales activities.
- Connect with founders, CXOs, business owners, and technology decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule discovery calls, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain lead databases, CRM records, and sales pipeline reports.
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales team in converting opportunities into customers.

Three-Month Training ProgrammeMonth 1: Learn and Build Foundations Understand our offerings, learn IT sales fundamentals, practise cold calling, improve business communication, and develop lead-generation skills.

Month 2: Execute and Engage

Work on supervised prospecting, conduct outreach, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and learn how to manage a sales pipeline.

Month 3: Perform and Demonstrate

Take greater ownership of assigned prospects, work toward defined sales targets, demonstrate your capabilities, and undergo a final performance evaluation.

Eligibility Criteria





- Freshers and recent graduates interested in sales and business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, IT services, and technology consulting.
- Willingness to learn cold calling, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working toward targets and handling rejection.
- Candidates willing to work from our Noida office.

Prior sales experience is not mandatory. We value communication, consistency, coachability, initiative, and the willingness to learn. What You Will Gain
