1. Job Purpose

To achieve cement sales targets, develop the dealer and retailer network, build strong customer relationships, and increase market in the assigned territory while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales and Business Development

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for cement in the assigned territory.

- Develop new dealers, retailers, contractors, builders, and other customers.

- Increase sales volume and market through effective market coverage.

- Implement sales schemes, promotional activities, and company marketing plans.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

B. Dealer and Customer Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and retailers.

- Regularly visit dealers, retailers, contractors, and construction sites.

- Understand customer requirements and resolve product-related queries.

- Ensure product availability and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely supplies.

- Collect market feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.

C. Market Development and Reporting
- Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, products, and market activities.





- Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

- Prepare daily sales reports, market visit reports, and sales forecasts.

- Maintain accurate customer and dealer information in the company's sales system.

- Track sales performance against assigned targets and take corrective action where required.

D. Payment and Outstanding Management
- Follow up with dealers and customers for timely payments.

- Monitor outstanding balances and credit limits in coordination with the accounts team.

- Support the company in reducing overdue payments and managing credit risk.

E. Coordination and Compliance
- Coordinate with logistics, dispatch, accounts, and customer service teams.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.

- Support promotional campaigns, dealer meetings, and product awareness activities.

- Maintain skilled conduct and represent the company positively in the market.

3. Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.

- MBA in Marketing may be preferred, depending on the company's requirements.
