About the Internship

ACME MEP Services is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Sales & Marketing team for a one-year internship in HVAC Service. This opportunity is suitable for candidates interested in sales, customer relationship management, and business development in the HVAC and MEP industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and generate leads for HVAC services and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Promote HVAC maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance services to commercial and residential clients.
- Contact prospective customers, follow up on leads, and assist in converting leads into business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Support the sales team in achieving business development and sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new customers, business opportunities, and potential markets.
- Coordinate with the technical and service teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable service solutions.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial offers for HVAC services and AMC contracts.
- Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines,



and follow-up records using MS Excel.
- Schedule client meetings and support the team in sales presentations and client visits.
- Follow up with customers for AMC renewals and explore opportunities for repeat business.
- Provide regular updates on lead generation, client interactions, and sales activities to the reporting manager.

Internship Details

Duration: 1 Year

Stipend: 15000 monthly

PPO Offer: Yes, subject to successful completion of the internship and a satisfactory performance review. Selected candidates may be considered for full-time employment on the company payroll.

Interview Process:

1. First Round: Online interview.
2. Second Round: Face-to-face interview along with document verification, subject to panel availability.

Eligibility Criteria

- Course: Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) – Marketing specialization.
- Batch: Graduates of 2026 only.
- Experience: Freshers.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Interest in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Willingness to learn about HVAC services and interact with clients.
