KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : · Own marketing strategy, budgets, campaign calendar, brand positioning and performance reporting for Fitoverse sports infrastructure and future initiatives.

· Generate qualified high-ticket B2B leads (schools, colleges, developers, corporates) and B2C leads (home courts and private facilities).

· Build and optimize paid funnels, landing pages, remarketing, lead scoring and CRM handoff to sales.

· Direct content planning, shoots, creatives, social channels, SEO and AI search visibility initiatives.

· Run experiments, attribute leads to channels, evaluate lead-to-sale quality and present weekly/monthly results.

Tools & skills

· Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager; GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio.

· SEO: technical/on-page/local SEO, keyword research; tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or Screaming Frog.





· CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, Canva/Figma, CMS/WordPress and landing page testing tools.

· Current AI tools: ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, AI creative tools, AI search visibility workflows and Zapier/Make automation; must demonstrate real implementations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR · 3–4 years of substantial hands-on marketing experience, including ownership of campaigns and measurable outcomes.

· Robust working knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Google/YouTube Ads, brand strategy and content production.

· Ability to lead marketing operations, agencies/freelancers and cross-functional collaboration.
