Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective clients, explaining our HRMS software solutions, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential leads through LinkedIn, online research, cold calling, and other channels.
- Contact HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers to introduce our HRMS software.
- Explain product features, advantages, and solutions to prospective customers.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
- Maintain daily lead records, follow-up status, and sales activity reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead-generation and sales targets.




- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and LinkedIn.
- Confidence in making calls and communicating with clients.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and software products.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-oriented mindset.

Compensation
- Salary: As per company standards and candidate suitability.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
