Job Summary

Octaga Green Power & Sugar Co. Ltd. is looking for two enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team in Kolkata. Fresh MBA/PGDM graduates specialising in Sales & Marketing are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, building business relationships, meeting potential customers, and expanding the company's market presence. One candidate will focus on retail sales and market development, while the other will focus on institutional sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach institutional clients, corporate customers, hospitality businesses, and other potential business partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, and relevant institutional accounts.
- Generate business enquiries, arrange meetings, and present company products to prospective clients.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to facilitate orders and customer requirements.
- Maintain client databases, sales pipelines, meeting schedules, and follow-up records.




- Conduct market research to identify new institutional business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and work towards achieving assigned targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email, and basic reporting.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and market visits.
- Self-motivated, confident, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will have an advantage for field sales roles.
