Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Nagpur.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners, and promote Constru’s platform and app. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales plans, executing marketing campaigns, preparing proposals, and following up on leads to drive conversions. The role involves regular field visits, product presentations,



coordination with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, and reporting on sales and marketing performance to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns and growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills to generate leads, negotiate, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in sales or marketing, preferably in e-commerce, construction, or related industries.
- Ability to work in office in Nagpur, conduct client visits, and manage local market outreach activities.
- Proficiency with basic CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
