We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with good knowledge of Stainless Steel Fastener Products. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing local customers, developing new customers, generating business opportunities, and expanding sales in the local, OEM, and export markets.

Candidates with practical knowledge and experience in stainless steel fasteners are encouraged to apply. Salary is negotiable based on experience, product knowledge, and market exposure.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products such as nuts, bolts, screws, washers, threaded rods, industrial fasteners, and customized fasteners to OEMs distributors, dealers, contractors, and industrial customers.

Required Skills

- Ability to identify new markets and generate leads.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through market visits, telephone calls, email, references, exhibitions, and online platforms.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and promote suitable fastener products.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Understand customer drawings, specifications, grades, sizes, coatings, and other technical requirements where applicable.
- Track market prices, competitor activities, customer demand, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, quotations, orders, and sales activities.
