Job Title: Sales Manager (Wedding Planning)

Location: Delhi / NCR, On-site (client meetings and venue visits included)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to grow our wedding planning business in Delhi/NCR. You will meet couples and families, understand their vision, present our packages and close bookings. You will also build the sales team and our network of venues and vendors.

Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and seasonal booking and revenue targets for wedding planning services
- Handle enquiries and leads from calls, website, social media, referrals and wedding exhibitions
- Meet couples and families, understand their budget and requirements, and present customised packages
- Conduct venue visits, presentations and proposal meetings, and negotiate and close bookings
- Build relationships with venues, decorators, caterers, photographers and other vendors
- Work with the planning and operations team so that what is sold can be delivered well
- Hire, train and manage the sales team and track their performance
- Maintain CRM, lead pipeline and regular sales reports
- Handle quotations,



contracts, payment schedules and follow-ups until the event
- Represent the company at wedding fairs and industry events, and keep up with trends in themes, venues and pricing

Qualifications

- 5 to 10 years of sales experience in wedding planning, events, hospitality, luxury or a similar client-facing field
- At least 2 years leading a sales team preferred
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding booking and revenue targets
- Strong network of venues, vendors and families in Delhi/NCR is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
- Valuable understanding of wedding trends, budgets and customer expectations
- Proficient in CRM tools and Excel
- Graduate in any field (event management or hospitality background preferred)
