Key Responsibilities:

- Driving sales for Loan Against Property (LAP) products
- Managing business sourcing through DSA, Connectors, DST, and Self-Sourcing channels
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and clients
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identifying new business opportunities and market potential
- Coordinating with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing
- Ensuring proper customer service and relationship management
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation Mandatory from a reputed/good university
- 3–5 years of experience in LAP sales
- Strong network with DSA, Connectors, and DST channels
- Valuable understanding of secured lending products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
