BuilditIndia is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager for TMT Bars to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the building materials industry and possess a solid understanding of TMT bars. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for TMT bars, maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales strategy for TMT bars in the assigned territory

Build and maintain relationships with key clients

Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline

Achieve sales targets and revenue growth goals

Provide market insights and feedback to the management team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction





Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Prepare and submit sales reports on a regular basis

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry with a strong understanding of TMT bars

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Proficient in MS Office applications
