Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Ranchi.

The Sales

Manager will be responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, and presenting Thikedaar.Com’s services and solutions to prospective customers. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with homeowners and stakeholders, preparing and negotiating proposals, and ensuring a smooth sales-to-execution handover to project and operations teams. The role involves tracking sales performance, forecasting revenue,



and contributing to local market strategies to increase brand presence and customer acquisition.

The Sales

Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and construction teams to align client expectations with deliverables and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and handle objections professionally.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining technical or design concepts in simple terms.
- Basic understanding of construction, real estate, or related industries, and the ability to interpret project requirements.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in Ranchi.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software for reporting and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in sales or construction services is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
