BuilditIndia is seeking a Sales Manager for its Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business. The

Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales and marketing activities to achieve revenue targets and drive growth of the RMC business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, business development, and customer relationship management, with experience in the RMC industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth of the RMC business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including builders,

contractors, and project owners.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Provide market feedback and insights to the management team to inform product development and pricing strategies.

Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure targets are met.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.

Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.





Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Proven track record of sales and business development in the RMC industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer relationship management skills.

Ability to lead and manage a sales team.

Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel frequently.
