Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end sales of residential real estate projects
- Generate and convert leads through brokers, channel partners, and direct clients
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and clients




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track leads and update CRM regularly
- Stay updated with Pune real estate market trends

- 710 years experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record in property sales closures
- Experience handling channel partners/brokers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market
- Self-motivated with target-driven mindset
